What Goes Into Creating a Delicious Pizza?

Any great pizza has to start with a strong foundation.  Our motto is...better quality products in, exceptional quality product out.  That's the Big Pauly's way.  "If you can't do it right, then there is no point in doing it". 

THE DOUGH

Our pizza dough is made fresh daily and rolled by hand, consisting of a minimum two-day cold proof, resulting in our award-winning light and airy hand-stretched crust.



THE SAUCE

Hand-Ground, Freshest Around!  Our pizza sauce has no preservatives and doesn't come from a can.  We hand-grind our whole tomatoes and add fresh herbs and spices, resulting in our best-tasting, all natural sauce loved by many.  

THE CHEESE

We only use Grande Cheese, the best in the industry, because their fine Italian cheeses are free of additives, fillers and preservatives.  We source only the best for our guests!
