What style pie is a Big Pauly's pizza?
Our pizzas are wood-fired and a combination of artisan Italian, Chicago, and New York styles. We use the traditional methods of baking with an open flame and hand-stretching every pie to order. A Big Pauly's pizza will have a light and airy crust with a nice chew.
Why does my pizza crust have dark spots?
When we bake your pizza, the crust blisters and bubbles when exposed to the high heat held within the dome of our brick oven. We call this charring. It is what distinguishes a Big Pauly's pizza from other styles and makes us unique in appearance and flavor.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes, we do offer a 10" gluten-free cauliflower crust. This crust is available for specialty and build-your-own pizzas. Please note that some of our pizza toppings are not gluten-free, but feel free to contact us should you have any questions.
What are the ingredients in your gluten-free crust?
Cauliflower, rice flour, corn starch, tapioca flour, parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, yeast, dried egg yolk, sea salt, red wine vinegar, milk, and eggs.
How does the Big Pauly's Rewards program work?
When you join Big Pauly's Rewards, you will start earning points on all of your dine-in, online, and delivery food purchases. Once you've earned 250 points, a $5 reward will be added to your account to use on your next visit. You will also receive a $5 birthday reward, advance notice of special events, and member deals and discounts throughout the year. Also, points do not expire.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we currently offer delivery (with a minimum of $40 pre-tax) within a 5-mile radius when orders are placed online on our website at www.bigpaulyspizza.com. Once the order is accepted, a Door Dash driver will be dispatched. We have found that this is the best option for us and our customers because it keeps the costs low with the only charge of a $5 delivery fee. We are not contracted with Door Dash directly, so that is why we do not show up on their platform.
How much does it cost to host a private event at Big Pauly's?
The costs will vary depending upon the date chosen, the number of guests, and the preferred menu. Click on the Private Dining tab for further inquiries.
Do you serve alcohol?
Yes, we carry domestic and craft beers, ciders, and a nice mix of red and white wines.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and mobile pay.
