Have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes at Big Pauly's Wood Fired Pizza?  Come and spend the morning with us and step into the role of pizza-maker.  This is a hands-on workshop that will focus on baking using a traditional wood-fired oven and home oven.  

We will be talking about how to make a consistent pizza recipe at home, focusing on the flour, tomatoes and toppings to use.  You will experience the art of hand-stretching dough, using a pizza peel, and topping your pizza with premium ingredients.  Finally, after you stretch and top your own 12" pizza, you will enjoy a delicious lunch while consuming your hand-crafted creation!  

Any great pizza has to start with a strong foundation.  Our motto is...better quality products in, exceptional quality product out.  That's the Big Pauly's way.  "If you can't do it right, then there is no point in doing it". 

Class Information:  The workshop will be taught by Big Pauly in a group setting, and will be limited to 8 participants over the age of 18.  Unlimited fountain drinks are included in the cost and beer, ciders and wine will be available for purchase.  Since we will be working in our open kitchen, all participants must have their hair pulled back and covered (ex. ball cap, bandana).  We will provide hairnets if needed.  Aprons and gloves will be provided.

Cancellation Policy:  We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class.  If you have to cancel, you will receive a credit toward any future class.  If you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.  We reserve the right to cancel any class, with a full refund given back to the customer.
