This place is excellent.  The owner and his wife know how to make wood fired pizza.  They are very friendly and run a tight ship. We get the chopped salad with the house dressing, the margarita pizza and a custom pizza.  Ingredients are always fresh and everything is made to order behind the bar.  I highly recommend the house salad dressing!  This place blows away any restaurant in down town Plainfield!

Fantastic food.  Some of the best pizza I've ever had.  We got the margherita pizza, kids cheese pizza, Mac and cheese, and the spicy sausage pizza.  The Mac and cheese, I think, was homemade and not just Kraft Mac n cheese dumped in a bowl.  It was wonderful and The cheese stretched when you took a fork full, so you know it's real cheese.  The pizzas were way better than most.  Everything is fresh and made in front of you.  Thin crispy crust, not super thin but not too dense.  A perfect combo of light but flavor full and satisfying.  The spicy sausage was my favorite, great sausage and sauce.  We're coming back for damn sure.

When I say this pizza is great I mean it. Take it from someone that's eating pizza almost all their life. Mind you I'm 39 and eaten pies from the north to the south of the city to all the burbs around but this pizza is on Point. The wings had a Smokey flavor and buffalo sauce was great. The crust on the pizza was perfect not brunt but still had a great taste of perfection. The sausage had great flavoring and sauce and cheese as well. Garlic knots were great and I love the presentation. Service was great not to mention the prices were great too for the quality you receive.this is a great place for hanging out to dining in with the fam. Hopefully they expand and the world sees this hidden gem. This spot will leave you stuffed.

My husband & I are new to Plainfield and this evening placed our first order for a Big Pauly (size) Wise Gals specialty pizza for curbside pick up. We’re both retired & middle age and don’t consider ourselves pizza experts, but the wood fired crust and fresh toppings are absolutely delicious! The pizza was ready when promised and even after the 12 minute drive to our house, the pizza was still warm. How much more delicious will the pizza be when we choose to eat at their location in the future. Thank you, Big Pauly’s Pizza for such a fresh & flavorful pizza definitely worth a repeat!

We have done carry out twice now and both times have been super happy! Service is always friendly, pizzas are always made super fresh out of the oven as I walk in the door, and they're delicious! We had a large group pizza night from Big Pauly's and everyone was begging to know where we got the delicious food from! Can't recommend enough.

What a gem. I came in and sat at the bar by myself to have some pizza and read my book. Not only was everyone I encountered so nice and helpful, but Big Pauly himself was front and center working hard. The pizza was fantastic, the Alfredo sauce? Chefs smooch. I enjoyed watching the crew make them in the open kitchen. I wish them all the very best, I’ll be back for sure.
