GENERAL MILLS PIZZA TRAINING

The best flour in the industry comes from General Mills, and we use it in our pizza dough.

We had the pleasure of spending the day with the General Mills sales team from Chicago and Milwaukee demonstrating what goes into producing an exceptional pizza using their flour.  Starting with a discussion on the science of making dough, we then went into mixing, hand-rolling, and proofing.  The final step was tasting the finished product.  The sales team now has a better understanding of what truly goes into making a great pizza dough with their outstanding product.
